- Official sources firstEvery program detail traces back to the agency that runs it. We do not use Wikipedia, marketing sites or other blogs as the basis for any claim.
- Review every 30 daysEvery guide shows a Verified date. If that date is more than 30 days old, confirm current details with the agency before you rely on them.
- Editorial explanationsWe explain how programs work. We are not attorneys, social workers or financial planners, and our guides are not legal, tax or financial advice.
- Correct within 48 hoursConfirmed errors in a figure, deadline or eligibility rule are fixed within 48 hours, and the guide's Verified date is updated.

- 6Return for reviewThe guide goes back into the review queue every 30 days and is updated if the source changed.
